SAN BERNARDINO, CA - Today, Assemblywoman Cheryl R. Brown (D-San Bernardino) announced a major public safety endorsement from CAL FIRE Local 2881. CAL FIRE Local 2881 is an affiliate of The International Association of Firefighters (IAFF), representing employees of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE). The organization represents over 6000 current and retired employees of CAL FIRE.

"Assemblywoman Cheryl Brown has always been a strong advocate for public safety during her tenure in the legislature. Assemblywoman Cheryl R. Brown is the officially endorsed Democratic candidate of the California Democratic Party running for re-election in California’s 47th district. The 47th Assembly District is located in the heart of San Bernardino County and includes Colton, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Rialto, San Bernardino, and the unincorporated communities of Bloomington and Muscoy. She currently represents the 47th district.
